INSTRUCTIONS

1. To get figures you need clone auditory brainstem project from https://github.com/rat-h/auditory-brainstem-model

   $ git clone https://github.com/rat-h/auditory-brainstem-model.git
   $ cd auditory-brainstem-model
   $ ./steup.sh
   

2. Download archive with desired cell and unpack it into project directory

   $ wget https://github.com/rat-h/auditory-brainstem-model.git/source-code/(desired archive file)
   $ unzip (desired archive file)
   

3. Change a directory and run present procedure

   $ cd calibration
   $ python ../mainmodel.py --config=(desired config file) --preset-only
   

4. Run simulations and analysis

   $ nrngui -nogui -python -isatty ../moaimodel.py --config=(desired config file) --graths
